Shipping Policy

At Beautiful Beards, we are committed to delivering not only exceptional beard care products but also an outstanding shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your orders reach you promptly and safely. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our shipping guidelines:

Orders of $74.99 or more receive free shipping. Orders under $74 pay a flat $5.95 fee.
Most orders are packed and shipped directly from our local brick and mortar store within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
Packages will ship either USPS or FedEx.
Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days after you receive your tracking number via email. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take 3-7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Beautiful Beards, our goal is to provide you with high-quality beard care products that you'll love. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product or request a refund. Please take a moment to review our Refunds and Returns Policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or defective products received.
- Incorrect items received in your order.
- Unopened and unused products returned within 30 days.

2. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. We will notify you via email once the refund is initiated.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Condition of Returned Products:

For a refund or replacement due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, the returned product must be in its original condition, including packaging.
If the returned product is not in its original condition or is missing parts or accessories, Beautiful Beards reserves the right to assess a restocking fee or reject the return.

4. Return Period for Unopened and Unused Items:

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.
After the 30-day period, we may offer store credit or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
